I have had the food from this restaurant several times and it's always excellent, hot and fresh!Parking: Lots of parking in free parking lot near the restaurant.

The drive thru person gets my order wrong 80% of the time. If you tell them no slaw or hot sauce on a sandwich, they put it on anyways. They burn their chicken nuggets. Their milkshakes are good though.

Normally I love Cookout. Last night, the girl that took my order through the drive thru totally ignored what I asked for and gave me completely different items on my burger. I didn't realize it until I got to my meeting. Not a good experience. Completely ruined my dinner.
