Chick-fil-a - Eliazabeth City

Slowest Chickfila I've ever been to. We were in line with a mobile order for 35 minutes.

When me and my girlfriend went thru drive through we asked for sauces and didn't get anything I also asked for bacon twice got charged for it but not received

Food is usually better. I was not impressed with the quality of the wrap I purchased today and the fries seemed old.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A i ever been to, after sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order i finally get to the window to be told i can 't get spicy chicken in my salad because they dont do that at this location i finally get my food and check the bag and the fries are just half full of crumbs and im missing food go wait in line again to get my missing food and got attitude because they messed up i much rather dive the 30 minutes to VA to then come back here

Food is ok. But since they've had new management the service has went down. They don't greet people like they used to. They act like they even want to be there. Very sad.
