Continue to get the wrong order. Food is good when it's right. Other than occasional dry steak... I might need a better taco spot idk

Ordering a torta de milanesa with buzz, cheese and rice to come home and see that they did it wrong. mayo, drilling, milanesa and no rice. I called her to notify her that they did it wrong. the girl works as if she goes to give up, and say what should I do? I'll answer that I want my money back. the people are allergic to food, it is a serious situation. then she goes to the side that covers the phone, which tells the other workers that I give her attitude very unprofessional. I heard that she talked to her employees about me and still had the boldness to say that she can't hear me that I cut off and hung up on the phone. rude, low customer service. and based on the way the torta looked with customer service, it is the merit of a 0 5 stars when I had the option.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!Thief’s!!! Traveled from out of town to visit my son and he recommended this place we’ve eaten there multiple times in the past seeing that my wife and I are from ElginIn total there was 7 people in our groupMy bill 130.00 dollars which is fine cause like I said there was 7 of usEverything was good until following day when I checked my banking app and seen that they charged me 170.00 meaning the waitress tipped herself 40 on my card so I guess the 20 w I left on table in cash wasn’t enough for herI never leave tips on my card always CASHI called the restaurant and talked to the manager about the situation and she assured me that she was going to take care of the problem as far as getting me back the money that was STOLEN never heard back anything from her stay away from this place!!

This has to be the worst place ever they should literally shut this place down pretty much all of there food is DRY and overcooked or they don’t have what they say is on the menu. I would not recommend this place at all trust me.

I don’t like to talk bad about places but this place has Some aspects to improve starting by Higiene there where hundreds of dead mosquitos by the window inside the restaurant. Them camarones a la dobla had no taste they were horrible. Rice and beans are ok regular nothing special. Pros there is a drivetrough cons spect to wait at least 45 min to get your order tough the window.
