Chinese Wok - Elgin

Have you tried the Chinese Wok recently? I’m pretty sure they have a new chef, and the food is better than ever! My favorites are the Egg Foo Young and the fried rice. We initially chose them as a last resort, but since the pandemic, we’ve all noticed how much more flavorful everything has become. Each dish has a distinct and delicious taste, unlike the generic flavor they had before. Their prices are also reasonable and competitive. Give them a try and support local businesses! You won’t regret it!

I had an excellent experience at Chinese Wok, thanks to the outstanding customer service. May was incredibly helpful and truly enhanced my visit. The food was fantastic, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a large orange chicken and a small shrimp fried rice. The portion sizes are fantastic, and the food tastes great as well. It only took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, and the food was served hot and fresh.

Very nice people: This place should be more known! Had chicken fried rice there and Crab Rangoon was very tasty.

The food is amazing. I've ordered from there twice and both times I was impressed. I asked for them to make my shrimp fried rice spicy it was no problem. Pricing is also very reasonable. I ordered the fried rice crab Rangoon and egg foo young and paid $25. I'm overly happy with my order.
