Birrieria Tijuana - Elgin

Sad! I'm having to downgrade my review. I just ordered 5 tacos from here today and there was barely any meat or cheese in there. They were skinny sadly and not filling anymore compared to when I first started coming here a year ago. I'll be looking for a new birria taco place.

They're cheese tacos are amazing! Then to dip it into the soup takes it to another level. Then their carne asada fries just hits the spot.

Delicious birria tacos and super friendly and quick service! Definitely will be back or maybe I'll try their other location in Everett. Definitely want to try their quesabirria and burritos.

Food was great! Had the birria cheese taco. The taco was stuffed w/ meat. The consome was flavorful. I would come here again to try other things. I couldn't take a pic of the food cause I tore it up. Yes that good.

Yum! When you 're craving some greasy Mexican food, this is the place. The consume and cheese tacos are so good for a treat especially when you 're grumpy as hell and need some 'I hate myself and the 2020s ' food. Huge menu with lots of options if the cheese tacos aren 't calling you.
