Baskin-robbins - Elgin

I stopped for a refreshing small vanilla shake. I placed an order in the drive through. I went to the window and was asked for $7.35 for the small shake. I asked the young man to check this price, as it cannot be correct. He said it was. I explained to him that this price for a small shake is twice the price of a Wendy’s small frosty, Dairy Queen small shake and McDonald’s small shakes. I asked him to relay this absurd price to management. I could tell by the blank look on his face it wasn’t going further. I refuse to patronize Baskin Robbins or its sister Dunkin Donuts store until they stop price gouging for basic treats.

Always loved buying milk from here same goes for the delicious lava cake they offer. Its well worth the 20 minute drive compared to the other dessert options nearby me.

Honestly great service and I never really leave reviews anywhere but I just wanna say cover your bread! ? got a super stale English muffin but everything else was great!

I don’t understand how you have a new location and still take 9 minutes to get 2 coffees out, for the only car in the drive thu… New building, same mediocre a management.
