Arby's - Elgin

Extremely high prices , truly sorry service and the food tastes like it was microwaved and then handed to you ,,,, never again !!!!

Ordered online. I was late picking my food and it wasn't ready. Every drink I tried to get splashed on me and the nozzles fell off. One fell in my cup. I told the crew. No one even attempted to fix it. I got a drink from the drive thru fountain. I will not be returning. I don't live in the area but I do work in this area.

The past 4 times I have visited this location they are either “switching shifts” and won’t take orders for an hour or they saying they are closed after an employee is pretty much sleeping at the booth. These are times at 10pm, 10:30pm, 12am, and 1am. Assuming they are a 24 hour store i have not been able to order at the times listed.

Always love Arby's. I tried the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. The cheese sauce was a bit runny, but the sandwich was delicious. I dipped my seasoned curly fries in Arby's sauce. ?

Arby's seems slow but then again, they make each sandwich as ordered. Food was good and service was great.
