Bigfoot - Elephant Butte

I had a fantastic experience at Bigfoot Restaurant today. I started off with a delicious rum cocktail called Dark Horse, made with ginger beer, fresh lime, and mint - it was very refreshing. For my meal, I tried the Pub Fish and Shrimp dish, served with rosemary fries and salad. I was pleasantly surprised by how lightly breaded and perfectly cooked the fish and shrimp were. The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making it the best meal I've had in Elephant Butte. As a restaurant owner myself, I appreciate good food and this place definitely delivered. The restaurant has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, with a lovely outdoor dining area (although it was a bit chilly, so we opted to dine indoors). Bigfoot Restaurant is a must-visit spot in Elephant Butte for delicious meals.

The food at this restaurant is tasty and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, especially in the courtyard which we found to be fantastic. Despite the cooler evening weather, we were still able to enjoy the patio thanks to the propane heaters.

Cute little gem, cashew chicken was delish. Owner made some nice concoctions with care. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a great experience in a comfortable setting. Savannah my server upheld outstanding service and was very welcoming. The food was delicious and well presented in a timely but carefully crafted manner. They have a plethora of drinks to choose from. I will gladly come back soon ! I just left Bigfoot Restaurant in Elephant Butte, NM, and I must say, it was an absolute treat for the taste buds. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere, coupled with their mouthwatering menu options, made for an enjoyable evening.I ordered the classic burger, accompanied by the tempting side of rosemary French fries. The burger was a true masterpiece, boasting a juicy patty cooked to perfection and nestled between a fresh bun. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the combination of toppings was just right. The rosemary French fries were a delightful departure from the ordinary, adding a fragrant herbaceous twist to the classic side.My husband opted for the chupacabra burger, and he was equally impressed. The unique combination of flavors in this burger, guacamole, cheddar cheese and grilled green chile was a pleasant surprise. It provided a burst of flavors that complemented each other harmoniously.To quench our thirst, I chose a refreshing Stella beer, while my husband went for a crisp local draft beer. Both were served ice-cold and added to the overall enjoyment of our meal.One aspect of Bigfoot Restaurant that deserves special mention is their beautiful patio. Despite a minor inconvenience with flies, the ambiance was still delightful. I can only imagine how enchanting it must be to dine at night , surrounded by a serene atmosphere.I highly recommend visiting Bigfoot Restaurant for a delightful dining experience that combines great food, attentive service, and a beautiful setting.
