Friendly staff, the drive thru is a bit tight, but the food and service makes up for it

The restaurant has unfortunately declined over the years, which is a real shame. Overall, the food is decent, but I’d prefer to go to the DQ in Ripley or the one in Scott Depot instead. I also don’t understand the ongoing dine-in situation; it’s quite frustrating. The long lines at the drive-thru make me hesitant to stop by at all. It feels like we’ve waited long enough for them to open up for dine-in. Additionally, I’ve heard from a former employee that some of the staff could use better training.

They still haven't opened their diner, so you can't go inside to choose your cake. They really need to get it together. Additionally, the line moves at a snail's pace. This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever visited.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the state! I really hope they decide to reopen the dining area!

You would Think that the person that was making blizzards was paying for the ingredients themselves. I have tried this numerous times and every time the blizzard taste like No Taste ice cream. To pay over five dollars for a blizzard and no taste. I know you're trying to save money but you're Only losing business. And why can't you open the lobby? You're making money off of this ice cream so put it back in the business and open the lobby
