This was the worst experience with food delivery i've ever had. The delivery never showed up and upon calling the store number that came up on Google and no one was helpful. I had to drive to the store and was given an only mildly warm pizza and a half-hearted apology for the store being busy. Meanwhile my young children ended up eating and going to bed late. The guy working there looked as if he didn't care and they should be ashamed of what an appalling job they are going. Negative stars if I could.

I highly recommend J and C!! After having a bad experience with somewhere else, we decided to get dinner instead from J and C pizza and they did not disappoint!! They were super friendly, helped us find a deal that was perfect for our family and it was super quick as we had ordered take out in the store! They even said they would meet us at looker mountain (we’re from Bradford) for delivery free of charge! Highly impressed and will be back! Plus the daily deals ARE daily deals! Thanks again for the awesome food and customer service, give this small business a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I don't usually write reviews but my money is just as good as anyone else! I ordered a thin crust extra cheese with beef, veggies and jalapeno peppers from the West Orange store. The pizza was dry, and over cooked. When I called the store I was placed on hold for an extended period of time and when I called back I was hung up on. I will never order from this store ever again!!

Sooo Pizza Hut is a fave for the kids. (And me : With school starting I had them choose what they wanted for dinner and this was what they wanted. Ordered through Grubhub and although there was one tiny issue, the assistant manager, Kimmy, was on the ball to rectify it. Not only is she pleasant to speak with (super sweet! You just can't get upset with her but she took my issue and immediately figured out a way to fix it. That, is customer service. That is how a manager should handle issues. She was compassionate and kind and because of how she dealt with my concerns, is now the ONLY location I'll order from. I will drive to that location if I need to. Thanks, Kimmy! Need more managers like you in the service industry. People should follow suit.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered at 6pm for delivery at 7:20, food never got delivered. It's now 10. We went to the store and met Timothy the manager staff no one had on a mask, our food was ready but they said they couldn't give it to us, because now it's cold. What kinda bs is that? Should've just delivered it since that's what was ordered. They said they were super busy so didn't answer the 100 calls we made. Then they hesitated to refund us. Crappy place with horrible customer service.
