Always great food... my favorite is the French Pommes.

One of the burgers around, which tends to be consistent at each location. Limited menu, but more topping offerings than anywhere else in the area. They may not have the best fries, but it is hard to top the portion sizes. Best to avoid if you have a peanut allergy, as there are boxes of them all over to permit guests to shell their own while waiting on their orders. Parking at this location is good as it is in a shopping center away from the entrance for the nearby grocery store (Safeway).

Attempted to go inside at 933 to get a burger and no one paid attention to me or my friend. We stood there at the register for about 5-7 mins as people continued to clean the kitchen and not help us It's crazy cause they don't close until 10 pm. And no one greeted as we came or anything.

We use the mobile app to order. Every time we order, we call and ask for no salt on the Pommes. The last three times that was ignored. This time, I was just looking at the man who gave me food and said: no salt in the frits, right? He said? And it was salted again. I complained. The guy who told me? answered and told me I didn't call. Asked who answered. The only female worker there 5 minutes before had replied. He proposed that there was no female worker. Just him and the cashier.

Some customers may find that the staff at this restaurant is not very friendly. The employees seem to be absent at times. My husband and I, both African American, were the only customers whose order was not called when it was ready. Our food was left on the counter, unnoticed for a while. We also observed that customers who were not African American received much better customer service.
