Holly Blue - El Tocuyo

On arrival we were welcomed and sitted swiftly, then, it took nearly 20 mins for someone to come and take our order, we even went to ask again and were told that someone would be with us soon...when the waitress got to us we placed our order; that Sunday there was a unforseen circumstances and the kitchen could only provide the Carvery no other item of the menu, which it was ok for all of us. The chef's at carvery service really polite and friendly, we proceed to enjoy however none of the person who had the roast beef could really eat it it was though and though goes ....so that make 4 out of 5 of us and the roasties where nearly the bottom ones so we're all soak in oil and not really crunchy in addition I didn't really enjoy the cauliflower... have to say the carrots were delicious and I did enjoyed the turkey and pigs in blankets. We probably won't be coming anytime soon however it was clear they have new people and whatever was the unfortunately circumstances might have affected the overall service and food quality, at least we hope so!

Great Food, Nice and Hot. Felt very well accommodated with my food allergies with them even sorting it out so I could have a carvery. Will definitely be back

I had a cowboy burger my wife had sirloin steak, both meals were perfect and the staff were so helpful and efficient

As soon as we walked through the door a young lady was so polite and we were actually early and with a dog but she was still able to seat us promptly. The bar staff were very nice but unfortunately my elderly auntie wanted a ginger ale which you didn't have. The gentleman on the carvery was very friendly and very helpful with my auntie and made sure she was happy with what he supplied her with. Thank you we will be back soon. Price per person: £10–20

Skye and Aimee served me and my friend today and they were so helpsful and couldn’t of done any more for us. I had a cowboy burger and my friend had the carvery and the food was also fantastic. Will definitely be returning Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
