True Food Kitchen - El Segundo

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a diverse menu, but unfortunately, the food fell flat in terms of flavor. It was quite bland, especially considering the high prices. There was nothing particularly remarkable about this place, so I would recommend exploring some of the other good options in the area. I tried the butternut squash soup for $8 and the chicken panini for $17, but neither left a lasting impression.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere is charming and laid-back. The sweet potato glass noodles were fantastic! The service was excellent too!

I’d like to start with the positives: the service and ambiance were outstanding. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the vegan fried rice with tempeh, and it was overwhelmingly salty. My friend tried the breakfast burger and found it to be overly greasy and lacking in flavor. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I really like True Food because it is delicious and real food. The prices are great too. The ambiance is like you're sitting in someone's kitchen. Love the open atmosphere of the place. I've eaten at the Manhattan Beach, CA, Santa Monica, CA and Buckhead, GA locations. All are delicious!!! The staff at all locations are wonderful too!!!

I am from Texas and am a meat and potatoes girl. What a wonderful experience your restaurant was. The tea was delicious and the turkey burger fantastic. I will definitely recommend to others and I will be back
