Noah's Ny Bagels - El Segundo

I have been to this Noah’s twice. The first encounter I walked in and ordered, quick service no issues. Today, I ordered a bagel with schmear online 20 minutes ahead for an 8:50am pick up time and got there at 8:50. Waited 12 minutes past but since I was trying to get to work promptly, I walked up to the cashier to ask what the status was on the order. She was helpful and got the order started but I didn’t get an explanation or apology for why there was such a delay. If I didn’t ask for an update, I probably would’ve been there forever. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer than ordering in person? If you’re trying to get to work promptly I recommend ordering in person.

Ordered ahead of time (needed 18 bagels) and they appreciated that I ordered several days ahead. Great job, great bagels, impressive customer service.

I got the farmhouse bagel. It was nothing special and sounded better than it tasted. Quite honestly you can get the same and better options at Panera. The cashier was also rude and dismissive. It's next door to Starbucks, I ended up going there as well. I won't be back.

Honestly, Noah's would be a 5 star place for me if not for the non existent seating and the horrible long line management and sometimes disorganized food handout. Food My favorite bagel sandwich is the Breakfast BLT with 2 eggs and best believe I'm paying to add avocado to that. YUM, best bagel sandwich ever. That Challah bread is exquisite and so soft and buttery. Just get that and you'll be fulfilled for your breakfast meal. Rating 5/5Service Ambiance This location almost never misses on food except one time they gave me a sandwich with some lightly browned avocado, I was a little offended but I still came back as a repeat customer. That same time they also failed to bring my order to the order pickup counter, so it was sitting on one of the appliance in the back, just forgotten why is it not standard to just handout all orders at the online order pickup counter? Doesn't make sense, but this Noah's also removed all their tables for some reason and yet they still do not have a marked line on the floor for where they want customers to line up, so often the line is not well defined and people line out the door during a morning rush. Rating 2/5Overall, a strong store but room for improvement.

I absolutely love this place, their spinach and Swiss bagel with a blackberry lemonade always hits the spot
