Subway - El Rio

It’s cool here , fast , everyone is friendly, got my favorite lunch sandwich !!

I have never had issues or complained about this location. I usually order the same thing, in and out easy. These last three visits, I have had two issues with this location.1. I have visited this location after work on three separate occasions and have been told by the same person that their system is down and are only accepting cash. Hope that 's ok um...no?2. The guy on duty in the afternoon needs some coaching on customer service. First time, he didn 't acknowledge/greet me or ask what I wanted. So I just stared back at him, am I being a Karen? idk, but at all other fast food chains you receive some sort of generic greeting and then place your order. He grabs the bread then tells me the system is down. I didn 't have cash so I left.Second time, there was a new employee, the employee was struggling, there was a line behind me and the same guy mentioned before ignored everyone and was cleaning up stuff. System was also down but I had cash.The third time, the guy saw me walk in and walked into the freezer. So I waited, not a long time but still like its weird like he is hiding or something and same thing though, system was down.

So I've been let down by this place before however, the other night was Enough. I ordered a cooked sandwich reason being I'm 2weeks post op liver transplant and I am very aware of what I can eat and can not eat and how.With that said I was let down come to find out my sandwich was not cooked now I was told it was and they would not make me another one. I got on the phone and asked the subway employee if they would feed this to their Mom or Dad knowing the consequences that can potentially happen if the roles were on her plate, I did not get an answer and was treated with disrespect and hung up on. I hope they have the tape of them cooking it cause, we all know the difference between a cooked and uncooked sandwich. My fiancé cooked it herself just so we known it was properly cooked. No one wants to go back to UCLA over a sandwich it's senseless so trying to contact their general Manager today seems to be a chore I was told I'll receive a call, we will see. So I'm writing this to inform the public of their care to serving there community.Another visit I really had to use the restroom that they were out of paper go to Popeyes so I did they too were out of paper but kept it stocked with paper towels well when I let subway know Popeyes had the same issue but figured a way to keep it open I was than told it was very dirty and she wouldn't want me in there. Well why would they allow to get to being that dirty wile out of service? I just don't know. I'll take my business elsewhere from here on out.

I got there when it just opened the girl was so nice and multitasking as she was helping me. It was a pleasure to find this subway.

This Subway is one of the worst that I've ever been to. The manager or the guy who claims to be the owner is a real douche bag Subway should close him down, he's giving them a bad name. Why does it take so long to get sandwiches from this rundown store?
