Staff and management are spectacular and authentic. Ingredients are clean, free range eggs, many local, organic and gluten free options. Dining in or out (weather permitting) is pleasant. Although it?s just off the highway, the spectacular view in theopposite direction is sufficiently distracting. I?ve seen dozens of menus like this before, poorly executed, yet here, for achange, they actually know what they are doing. My palate told me I was in Encinitas, California 30 years ago when the ashramscould still make amazing food infused with love.

Wow what a great find along the long road. the food was absolutely delicious, coffee and service were lovely. as is the location which also features some unique art galleries and furniture shop to wonder through while you wait for your table ~20mins for us)

This is an amazing place. From the garden, cafe, shops, and mountain backdrop, it is truly a gem. If you find yourself in Taos, be sure to visit. The lunch menu was fantastic, including the all-day breakfast. The service at the cafe was impressive. Our waitress Ariel had a cheerful personality that added to the entire experience. My teen girls are still talking about how cool she was. There is even a vegetable garden in the back, where I saw a lady working with a young baby on her back. I have so much respect for her. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! Unlike other places where you feel sluggish after eating, we left feeling energized from our breakfast. My daughter even had a frothy milk mustache from the real milk they use. I had the Breakfast Scramble with real veggies and the fresh baked sourdough was amazing. The jam was delicious as well. My husband loved his breakfast burrito, especially the red sauce. Thank you for using local organic ingredients and for caring about your customers. It was a great start to Mother's Day.

Everything was good, but there was so little season. fortunately the salt and the chocola on the table helped. there are many options and the personal was quick to know how to veganize their menu.
