A complete scam, they sell it like 5 stars and I doubt it will reach even 3. The only thing that's rescued is the staff that's very kind. But the other terrible thing. the supposed gym doesn't even work.

Comfortable, spacious are banks, meals, warehouses in one place. ideal to find solution to any need.

This is one of those places to not forget, although the temperature in this area of the country is high we enjoy it to the maximum... you have no moments to think that activity to do because they give you everything you need to have a good time....

The best hotel in the city for the rest we seek so much, the attention is the best, the place is beautiful.

Although people are friendly and acceptable food, service is lousy when you have a problem. the floors are dirty, the sheets also and have no hot water! ok it is a hot area, but you can't be charging that money for a room without hot water when you announce it as if it were 5 stars. After calling the reception on several (many) occasions and only taking into account your last night when you're already leaving, it's too much for me. Don't come unless you want to spend all day out of the room and bathe in another place. don't be naive and don't accept so offers, if you make offers in high season for something is.
