Union Draft House Tierra Este - El Paso

Good morning. The food is good and there is a nice selection of craft beer, but the bartenders can be a bit unfriendly. They seem to have a sense of ownership over the cash and will cut you off if they don't like you. I typically spend around $100 when I visit alone, but for some reason I was cut off on June 26, 2022 around 5pm because the waitress was the one serving me. Despite this, it's still a cool bar to eat at. Today when I went back, the service was quick. Hopefully with the current recession, we will have more affordable prices and better service from younger employees who seem to be more focused on flirting with each other than doing their job. This restaurant is always full of people, creating a great atmosphere to enjoy some beer and food with friends. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's a fantastic option if you're looking for somewhere nearby that doesn't require dressing up - very casual and inviting.

Everytime I come here the bartenders and managers are welcoming and accommodate us. Managers are walking around making sure things are going well. This is one of the best places to watch mma and boxing. Make sure you get there early. Highly recommend!!!

The dining experience at this restaurant used to be great, but unfortunately they do not have any bartenders. As a result, the waiters spend most of their time at the bar, which leads to long wait times for customers to receive their orders. Even when requested, items were not brought to the table. The manager was unhelpful and difficult to deal with during our last visit. This was especially disappointing as the restaurant was not very busy at the time. To make matters worse, the Saturday pizza specials were no longer available, making the overall cost of the meal more expensive. Despite being regular customers who typically order a lot of food, we may not be returning for a while. During our last visit, it took over an hour to receive our pizzas, despite there being only a few other customers in the restaurant. The pizzas were left sitting under heat lamps until we finally had to ask the manager to bring them to our table because the waitress was too busy.

Has a good mood, but in any case a break. I ordered 1 lb wing 7 wings. they accused $17.84 and over $5 for a row of waffelfries. they tasted ok, but definitiw not worth the price. the answer of the bartender/woman was that I don't make the prices while this may be true, it's definitely worse customer service. an old fashioned ordered and the glass was not even close to drinking, but overflowing with ice. I will not return to this place.
