The Silo - El Paso

We’ve been to this place several times, and our last visit was quite disappointing. The food and drinks are decent, but the service is extremely slow, and the cleanliness is concerning. My partner received a glass that smelled like dirty water. We've also noticed a high turnover rate among the staff at both the bar and the restaurant. The establishment itself is beautifully designed and features various entertainers, but unfortunately, they seem to overlook important aspects like service and cleanliness.

This bar is amazing! The service is excellent, and they offer a fantastic variety of options. As a scotch lover, I often struggle to decide what to try next, but Marco is so knowledgeable about their selection, and his recommendations are always spot on! I highly recommend this place—definitely check it out!

Hidden gem! On our first visit to this fantastic little bar/restaurant, we initially thought we were just going for drinks and maybe an appetizer. Our server, Celeste, was very informative, and while the menu was quite simple, it was packed with delicious options. They have an excellent selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails, and the food was incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. Even the simple cheesecake for dessert was absolutely delightful, despite my usual aversion to overly sweet desserts. The staff was great, and the owners were friendly, taking some time to explain the various menu options. I certainly hope to return, even though it's a bit of a drive for us, but it's definitely worth it. This place is a must-try! A big thank you to Marco, his brother, and Celeste! You truly impressed my family and me!

Nicely we enjoyed the drinks and the scotch eier. I would give this place 5 stars, but our waiter was a little platy, he did a good work, but he seemed distracted and removed. when he addressed us and spoke to us, he spoke with the wall behind us and not with us. I am not mad at it, it was just a little strange

My favorite margarita in town! Great atmosphere, and the food is excellent. I love the beef sliders and the (literal) mound of fries!
