The Pizza Joint - El Paso

I ordered two slices of pizza online for pickup and arrived 28 minutes later, which matched the pickup time in my confirmation email. When I got there, the cashier searched for my order but the cook informed her that it wasn't ready. The cashier then told me it would be an additional 15 minutes, but I explained that I couldn't wait since I had pre-ordered. The cook said I couldn't cancel the order, so I asked if there was anything available that I could take instead. I ended up having to buy some drinks and joints. The cashier informed the cook that I was canceling my order, and he simply shrugged. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but no solution was offered to me. In the end, I paid double and only got half of what I had originally ordered. The cook, who seemed to be in charge, displayed no customer service skills at all.

It took 30 minutes to get two slices of pizza, but they were delicious. Unfortunately, I had to change my rating to one star because I experienced the same issue when I returned. Update: I’m not sure what changed, but the service was fantastic this time!

I ordered a take out from this restaurant. I ordered a slice of fab 5 without bacon and fungi. After waiting for 15 minutes, I inquired what was taking so long. The lady said she forgot and made the pizza with bacon and now was remaking it. Alrighty, people can make mistake. I could wait a few minutes longer. It took an additional 15-20 minutes. When ready, I grabbed the pizza and went to the hotel. When I open the package to eat the pizza in my room, I saw I had the pizza with the bacon. Waited over 30 minutes so I could throw the pizza in the trash. Time and miner wasted. Left a review with the business but never heard back. I think the word “hotel” made then think I am not really someone they have to worry about ever returning so why provide good customer service. Except I am a crew member and visit the location monthly. My airline flies multiple times a day over there. The bad customer service shared with others crew members and now here !

Great pizza. Does not accept cash. Staff was a little on the rough side but over all a fun time.
