Taco Cabana - El Paso

Been up here twice and each time orders were wrong then when you call them they tell you your lying. Horrible service and staff. food is still amazing but the workers stuff

I would consider Taco Cabana as one of the better Fast Food Mexican Diners in El Paso. The food is always fresh and good, especially the grilled chicken used in various dishes.

The Taco and Chip combo plus an additional Taco. Cabana use to be a favorite, but the price for what is served is a little disappointing. I get inflation, but almost four dollars for a taco with a mere serving was sad. The place was empty. The Salsa Bar closed, so you need to ask what Salsas you want individually all, while feeling hastened from the checkout.

I'd like to say, I love Taco Cabana. I've never had any problems, but this place is still terrible. The girls at work LOVE the breakfast taco box, so if we have a pot of luck, I bring the tacos because this location is right at my house and on the way to work. To make things easier, I make sure that I'm on the way online this night before so, it's ready to pick up and I can go. Every time I've ordered it wasn't ready at the time I've given. It wasn't even started. Today I went and they didn't even have my order! Of course, the girls must be disappointed at work because I will never order from this place again. It is not worth working too late. I am very disappointed at the level of unprofessionality and inconvenience for customers. Why do you bother an option if I can't get my order when I arrive? That's the point, right? The food has always been delicious. I have no problem with the food. But the lack of attention and service is really only disappointing.

I'm only putting a 1 star only because I have too other wise I'd put it a 0 ....TERRIBLE customer service, cashier very rude and unprofessional not following customers request..very poor management. Food was disgusting!!BEWARE food is not fresh!!
