I don't visit this place very often, so I wasn't aware of their happy hour special. When the gentleman went to process my payment, I wasn't sure if he had charged everything correctly. I asked him about it, and he kindly showed me the receipt to clarify. However, the three women working there were making rude comments, especially the short, heavyset one. They really need to improve their customer service!

This was my second experience at Sushi Freak. My first visit to their location in Albuquerque was a complete disaster and left me with an awful stomach experience for 48 hours. So, when I say I was incredibly hesitant to give this chain another try, I mean it from the depths of my being. However, I’m so glad I did! The sushi burrito I had was absolutely delicious—every single bite was enjoyable. I also got the teriyaki chicken combo, which I plan to have for dinner, and I couldn’t resist trying a few bites while it was fresh. I’m truly happy I gave this place a second chance. The staff was wonderful, which really made the experience even better. I would rate it 10/10!

I wouldn't recommend the spicy tuna sushi, and I'm saying this as a sushi enthusiast—this just doesn't cut it. Even sushi from Albertson's or Sam's tastes better than this. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. However, their selection of fountain drinks is quite limited. I might consider coming back to try another dish.
