Contribuiți la feedbackI’ve been ordering the same subway club sandwich for 10years One would say I’m pretty sure of the meat ingredients as it’s been my preference for so long.A very rude employee named Courtney tried to tell me otherwise..Not only was she rude but has NO CLUE what customer service is. And she immediately did the same to customer ordering the same thing behind me..I’ve been to this Subway before and no problems. She just helped this Subway lose a customer for Life .That is Courtney in case you missed her name.
I ordered my subway through drive through, I spend $20 on a subway that didn’t include the cheese, lettuce, black olives jalapeños i had asked for.
Only 1 person working during a small rush, needs more employees. Tables and floor where dirty with crumbs and spilt drinks. Fountain drink machine was dirty and the straws and cup lids were no where to be found. Asked about the military discount and she said Subway is no longer giving military discounts. It 's a shame because for a healthy option instead of greasy fast food, I 'd go to subway........not anymore.
Went through the drive-through and the Staff was joking around with each other and then being rude when asking questions about my order. Then she got mad that I had 2 sandwiches to order and not just one ??
They are always so nice and have great customer service
