Ramen - El Paso

I requested extra garlic, but they simply gave me plain edamame without any garlic or seasoning at all.

This place is no longer open! It is being converted to a Hong Kong BBQ.

My mom and I had a perfect dining experience at this restaurant. I loved the food and the friendly service from the staff. The atmosphere was pleasant, with two TVs and a Japanese cultural theme.

The food at the restaurant was good, but the service was lacking. Although our waitress, Melissa, did a good job, the experience was ruined by a roach running across our table during our meal. I informed the waitress, but even after informing the management, no action was taken. It would have been greatly appreciated if the owner had come out to apologize in person and offered some sort of compensation. The incident, not just the presence of the roach, completely destroyed my appetite and I did not feel comfortable staying longer or ordering more food. This has left me worried about the health risks my children, who attend Hanks, may face if they eat there again.

When I walked in, was greeted with quick and friendly service. Loved the dim lighting with the dark walls and the anime pop figures scattered around. Was a little small to fit big parties but it’d be worth it. Ordered the vegan miso soup and it was amazing with the veggie gyoza! I appreciated the huge portion of veggies and noodles along with the soup that wasn’t oily like others I’ve had. Second time trying tofu and although it didn’t have flavor on its own, it went well with everything else. Got it to go and loved the packaging with the soup and veggies separated. I was skeptical because a lot of ramen places tend to lack in flavor but this one wow’d me!! Affordable too :
