Why why they take so long at the drive thru to take your order and then theres iteams that are not ready and you have to wait additional 10 more minutes

This locations deserves zero stars. An hour in the drive thru line is stupid. And the manager cannot be bothered.

Went in to pickup online order, was pretty much ignored by cashier who mumbled something to me after I told him I was there to pick up. About 10 minutes later I managed to get the attention of another employee, who finally helped in putting together my order. Customer service is terrible.

Went inside to order and as they were serving my plate the cups were not even full. The white rice was skimpy too. I asked if they could put just a bit more of the food portion and I was denied and told they'd have to charge me another side. One spoon did not even fill the cups as a regular portion size. It was a very skimpy plate and I feel like personally you should give us what we pay for. Paying 10 dollars a plate just to not have enough to eat is ridiculous. Will not be coming again

Bad experience at drive-thru somehow they couldn 't get the order right and of course they didn 't, another thing was the fried rice it looked more like Mexican rice (only not cooked right) so it would be hard to try this again.
