Olive Garden Italian - El Paso

Ced provided exceptional service! We ordered takeout and arrived early, so we had to wait. Ced offered us drinks while we waited, which was a pleasant surprise. I am a big fan of Olive Garden and had never been to this location before. I have never had such great service and been offered drinks at any other location. Thank you for being amazing, just like the other reviewer said, the staff at this location deserve tips for being so kind and personable.

Today at Olive Garden it was okay. The service was lazy and toward the end the waiter never came to see us at all. The food was not too bad though. They have good gluten friendly-ness as well. Over all it was mid.

I had the pleasure of being served by Alex R. and I must say, their attitude and service were truly exceptional - deserving of 5 stars! The food was consistently delicious, especially the soup and salad. The ambiance was a bit loud and hectic, but the waiters managed it all very efficiently.

I dined late at the Olive Garden on Saturday, July 1, 2023. I ordered a main course, an appetizer, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Here is a summary of my experience: I arrived at 9:35, and although the restaurant was still busy, I was seated promptly. The bartender took care of my table and took my drink and dinner orders. I opted for a club soda with a splash of orange juice, a childhood favorite. For my main course, I chose cheese ravioli with a side of salad and breadsticks, as well as a side of fried ravioli. The fried ravioli arrived first, followed by the salad and bread. The ravioli was decent, with a tasty filling and crispy exterior. The salad was standard Olive Garden fare—generous and well-dressed, served on warm plates. The breadsticks had to be eaten quickly while hot to be enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was the cheese ravioli smothered in meat sauce. The creamy filling paired perfectly with the rich sauce. The total bill came to $28.45. Overall, the side dishes and appetizers were decent, but the service and main course were exceptional. I rate my experience 4 stars.

I don'tusually go to this location and we were in a very large party, our waiter Josh and helped Moses were so attentive! The service was stellar! I had the chicken scampi and salad- a perfect pairing. Single Gosh knew it was my birthday, and I had my choice of desserts- Tiramisu! It was soooooo good! I was with wonderful friends and so pleased with everything! Thanks!
