Logan's Roadhouse - El Paso

Always crowded at this location. Food has been consistent every trip. That is a positive for chain places. You know what you will get. Easy choice for a mid priced ribeye.

On June 25, 2024 We were at Gateway W. location .We were a group of 15 and, fortunately we had finished eating when a big cockroach fell from the ceiling. THEY NEED TO FUMIGATE we told the waitress but she didn't know what to do. My niece had to kill her .The manager never showed up: it was about to close and there were some customers that honestly we didn't want to make a scandal. It is sad, because we really loved to go and dine in at this restaurant, specially for his rolls but unfortunately we will never return to this place. Yes, we paid and left. Its owners need to pay attention to this place.

Service was good, no complain there. But the food deserves negative stars.

Food was great, pricy but you get enough, the place looks somewhat dated but if it keep the food prices down I don't mind. Service was good.

Service was slow and unfriendly it was not busy. It felt unwelcoming the staff looked sad and miserable. The food was meh at best. We ordered two salads and they were out of croutons and cucumbers. The steaks were small and lacked flavor not worth the price that we paid for. Would not eat here again. Owner really needs to fix this steakhouse or close down.
