Johnny Carino's - El Paso

The service was outstanding, and the food was incredibly delicious! The atmosphere is lovely, making it suitable for everyone, from individuals to families. My experience from start to finish was exceptional! I highly recommend it!

I visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. It's a lovely spot to relax, and the food was both delicious and served quickly. The bread was hot and fresh from the oven. We both ordered the roasted garlic potato soup and the Caesar salad, and it was fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly, too. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in or passing through El Paso.

The Green Chile Chicken Lasagna was excellent. Our waitress, Candy, was attentive and took great care of our needs and requests.

We were a bit unsure about dining here due to the numerous negative reviews about the service, but I'm so glad we decided to go in. Our experience was fantastic! Our server, Candy, was incredibly attentive and courteous. The food was delicious as well! We ordered the Lemon Basil shrimp tortellini, and it was both flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I didn't have high expectations for an Italian restaurant in El Paso, especially since I was looking to avoid BBQ, Mexican, or steak. The prices here are reasonable, but the food was pretty average. The portion of lasagna was not particularly generous, and the meatballs I ordered on the side didn't justify their cost. The flavor was just okay—nothing special. Given that it’s a chain, I suspect the dishes were prepared at a central facility, though I can't confirm that; it just had that pre-made taste. The sauce was somewhat acidic and rather bland, and the meatballs were hard and tasteless, with a texture reminiscent of something previously frozen or possibly overcooked. On the bright side, both items were hot upon arrival, which is a plus for takeout. Additionally, Josh, who took my phone order, was fantastic and truly represented the restaurant well. Overall, my meal wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't stand out. In today's market, the quality was probably in line with the price, and I did leave feeling full.
