Jersey Mike's Subs - El Paso

It wasn’t anything to get excited about! The food was just average at best, the bread was a bit stale, and the meat was sliced quite thin. I would give it a 2 out of 5.

My last two visits, including one yesterday (8/30), were not impressive. The cheese on the cheesesteak made the sandwich very mushy, giving it a slimy texture. Additionally, yesterday’s tuna had way too much mayo, making it inedible. I find it puzzling how restaurants can start off strong for a year or two and then seem to lose their quality. It’s really disappointing, especially when it's one of my favorite places.

Never order online because they won’t have your order ready they server the people that get there first than your online order. Literally had to wait another 20 mins on top of the time said. Then staff wasn’t very helpful too many hands one should worry about online orders other about cutting and helping with the sandwiches and the other one doing register to keep the flow going. Terrible experience

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The cleanliness was quite poor, and I noticed one of the staff members using a dirty cleaning rag while wearing the same glove he had used to prepare my sandwich. I just hope I don't end up getting sick. This location at The Fountains left a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene.
