Insomnia Cookies - El Paso

I ordered cookies two days in advance, but when I placed the order, my delivery address reverted to my billing address. I corrected it immediately, but the order was still sent to the wrong location. When I called to report the issue, the customer service I received was terrible. I was told I would have to wait another three hours for the correct delivery, and I reluctantly agreed. After four and a half hours and five rude phone calls, my cookies finally arrived. If you're looking for delicious, quick cookies, just go to the store, buy the ingredients, and bake them yourself—it'll be faster than ordering from this place. Save your time and money; it's not worth it. Despite being told they were extremely busy, we drove by the store after the delivery and saw no customers at all. If you want to be up all night, this is the place for you.

The person in the photo should not be working at Insomnia Cookies. She was rude, disrespectful, and clearly lacks customer service skills. I won't be returning to this location.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly rude; two men were particularly unfriendly to me, and one even yanked the bag out of my hand. When the manager came out, he was even more disrespectful. I visited around 7:08 PM on a Tuesday, and I've always been a regular here, so I was quite taken aback. The manager suggested I check my cookie to see if it was "too hard," failing to provide any real customer support. I'm really disappointed.

I didnt get the chance to take a picture of the cookies because they were so good we ate them all. We got a box of 6 cookies (mint,double chocolate, vegan birthday cake,and 2 white macadamia cookies) they were sooo good and soft ????. The fact that there open till 2am is awesome. Its a very small place so not much seating but for those cookies id sit on the floor. The guy at the front was very patient with serving us! A for this business. We will be back!!
