Ihop - El Paso

I ordered the strawberry banana protein pancakes and they were delicious. I appreciate that they offer vanilla cream for my coffee. There are many breakfast options to choose from, although I don't like eggs. What really made my breakfast exceptional was the excellent service provided by our waitress Shannon. She was quick, made sure our order was accurate, and kept our water and coffee refilled. I haven't had such good service in a long time, even though I dine out frequently. Shannon was attentive to her tables and quick to assist when needed. I will definitely be returning.

Not only was the food amazing, but so was our server Ashlee! Her positive attitude really made my day. We will definitely be coming back and requesting her as our server again. The service was quick and enjoyable.

The food was average, but the standout dish was the huge omelet filled with onions, steak, mushrooms, and peppers. The pancakes and French toast were delicious. However, my chicken patty dish was disappointing as the patties were hard to chew and the potatoes lacked flavor. The lemonade tea was very enjoyable. The restaurant seemed understaffed when we visited on a weeknight, with only one server who didn't seem very happy. It's understandable given the circumstances.

If you come after 10:00, the service is the worst I've ever had. Displaced, rude employees, bad management. Basically what they tell you after you wait for 20 minutes is if you don't like to go anywhere else, but in a beautiful way.

Havent been to IHOP in forever and my first time back was at the Sunland park location. The wait was a bit long but my server, Ashlee, was the best! My food was out quickly and hot! Drinks never empty! I recommend her and next time I go, i hope she's my server again!
