Denny's - El Paso

I would like to say our server was amazing ,friendly. Even though she forgot my toast until I brought it up . The food was satisfactory ,but the toast looked like something I could’ve made at home . Looks like they used some cheap old bread they were saving for the zombie apocalypse and slapped it on my plate.

Worst meal at a Denny 's, EVER! USUALLY, the southwest skillet is great and pancakes. But this visit EVERYTHING WAS BURNT AND TASTED BURNT ALL THE WAY AROUND. (See pic) What 's going on with this place? The Health Department really need to step in.Also, teach staff about etiquette and professionalism. Waitresses don 't say baby to customers (period).

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We waited an hour for food that wasn't even cooked. There were three tables (including ours) and one of them after about ten minutes of our arrival. It took 15 minutes to get drinks. Then she offered us free dessert as the food was awhile. I didn't get that. Burgers and onion rings come out. I have five small onion rings and a dripping, uncooked burger. We left. Will never go there again.

Here at Veterans Day. Eating was okay. What I like more was the service. These people worked their bums off, but had no bad attitudes (which I could see) and were very friendly and accommodating. There's no way I could treat as many people a day like today. Great staff. Food: 3/5

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The first time I was here it was bad, wasn’t busy at all yet waited more than 20 minutes before a server came by to take drinks orders. Waited over an hour for the food. I gave them the benefit of doubt and came back for a second time. It was even worse. They lack enough competent employees to effectively operate this restaurant. Zero presence of any organization or management in this place.
