Corner Bakery Cafe - El Paso

If you’ve never been to El Paso, like me, but you’re familiar with Panera Bread, let me tell you—it’s similar but even better! This local chain is exceptional, and I wish there were locations all across the country. Though it’s a small city, I was pleasantly surprised by the management and the professionalism of the staff. They genuinely care about their customers and have a wealth of experience in providing excellent service. Best of luck to them—I hope to see their branches in other cities soon!

We usually don’t visit this restaurant since we live on the other side of town, but we were in the area visiting my in-laws. The person who took our order was fantastic—she was friendly and got our order just right. Unfortunately, some of the other staff were quite rude. When my husband asked one employee to quickly wipe off our table, the employee seemed visibly annoyed. Additionally, whenever someone came to clear our plates, they didn’t say a word and appeared put out by the task. I typically don’t complain unless something seriously affects my experience, but the service here definitely warrants a star deduction.

Usually I come here and I get very good service from the staff.. today, the cashier/ order taker Dwight L. , called us up to take our order and instead of taking our order decided to keep talking with another employee who was there. Maybe after 20 secs he acknowledged we were there and then asked what we wanted .. kept talking with his buddy while we were trying to order so I kept having to repeat myself...if you don't feel like taking orders talk to your manager to switch you to a better spot for your talk time. At least the food was good, as always.

Excellent! I had blueberry pancakes with bacon and eggs, and it was amazing! The pancakes were just perfect. The blueberry sauce, made with fresh blueberries, had a delightful tartness that’s just right. The bacon was flat and not greasy at all. You place your order, sit down, and get served incredibly quickly. If I weren't just passing through, I would come here every morning!

I brought my dad here for his 73rd Birthday. It was his first time having breakfast here. He enjoyed the meal tremendously and so did his wife and I. Great, friendly service! Delicious food!
