Called for a pickup 40 minutes ago and they still made me wait ?‍??‍??‍?

I ordered gorditas to go, had to ask for salsa she said she had put some already(not) asked for napkins and when I was about to eat them there was no spoon or fork!! Had to eat the beans and rice with the salad lid!! Never again.

Disgusting food sirloin raw blooding undercooked and cook potato overcooked almost black. Milanesas like you were chewing rubber. Overall bad food and to topped off they add 20% gratuity on you receipt dining or take out. Never going back. Go somewhere else if you want to eat good food and not worry about what they will served you. Just nasty.

We have been there several times parillada and Karaoke are great!

Update! June 16th 2024, i feel so disgusted and disappointed with one of staff did told a elder man that we can't take order once you pay in cash but we can take credit card that able to order to get food ready and the elder told them that i will pay the food for sure once i'm on way soo you should know better than that soo fix your damn business however what you can do? Do it right to take their order, and they can come and pick it up their food once they come in and pay you in physical come on, bruh! You wasted their time and their gas... so what i remember i called in, and they said no, we don't take order for cash however if y'all willing to pay card so we can take order it ... soo next time i ain't going to this place at all since y'all greedy over money than customer what a shame... I like tortas with steak and fries, Features: I rather to wear mask for my safety but noticed people came in without mask... soo yep
