Chuco Burgers And Dogs - El Paso

On Wednesday evening, I stopped by the restaurant and found only one table occupied by a family of five. They had ordered the typical double cheeseburgers, fries, and rolled tacos. However, even after waiting for over 40 minutes, they still had not been served their food. One person in the family received their burger, but it took another five minutes for the rest of the orders to come out, each one five minutes apart. I was about to cancel my own order when the owner, who also happened to be the cook, server, and cashier all in one, assured me that my order would be next. Eventually, I received my order to go, drove home (a 7-minute drive), only to find that everything was cold. I don't understand what happened, but I do know that I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I don't know where to begin with this review. I don't understand how people consider this to be a large burger. It's not a terrible burger, but it definitely falls short of expectations. It is overpriced and the owner is arrogant and very impolite. They don't offer tap water, only bottled water for $2 per 12 ounces with no refills. The atmosphere feels like eating in a mechanic shop and the bathroom is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, which makes me wonder about the state of the kitchen. To top it off, the owner doesn't allow customers to enjoy their meal as he can't stop talking about himself and his overpriced burgers. What's even more disappointing is that he doesn't bother to respond to any of the reviews to make things right.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the owner is friendly. However, I was not aware that they do not accept credit cards. The owner suggested I visit their bar at night to withdraw cash, but I ended up being charged an extra four dollars for the transaction which I found unfair. When I questioned the owner, he claimed it was not his machine. Additionally, I discovered that the restaurant does not have the necessary legal status. I recommend that the city administration of El Paso work to address these issues.

Only 3 stars to give, just because my expectations were great to the burgers and were pumped by the restauranter. that said they are very good burgers and he makes a great job on size and the rolls. only was that there was so much hyped that there was so little on the evaluation. that said if it wasn't so hyped, I could be more ludicrous on the review, but I would say it's a burger that beats and goes restaurant and can rival blakes or even roses. the burgers that I feel would give a 7 or 8 outta 10, which is quite good, as I have only ever eaten, a restaurant burger that is on 9 or higher in my skala.

First time eating from this place. I have to say, the burgers were delicious! The fries with chorizo were very good! Definitely a place to dine out! ?
