Chick-fil-a - El Paso

I go to this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and it's just an incredible operation! Service is incomparable and fast. Although I often look, I have never written a review. As a veteran it meant a lot that they distributed treats to all to celebrate the Veteran Day. Kudos to the team that leads this place!

Typical (great) quality food at this location. Parking lot design and customer service are a notch below the Chick-fil-A standard, but it’s still way better than any other other option in the area.

Went last night, and was greeted by the most unhelpul and rude order taker who didn't even know the menu and didn't attempt to help as she saw me struggling trying to read the menu; as I do wear glasses and it was nighttime! She kept rolling her eyes at me sighing like she didn't really want to be there. I had to the ladies up front assist me however they forgot my dressing and hardly had any chicken. This isn't the first time they mess up my order here, but this time the service was AWFUL! Please hire staff that actually wants to work and train people better. I'm never returning to this location!

Let me start by saying I love Chick-fil-A, tonight however I came across a problem. My daughter was at work and out at 10. Chick-fil-A closes at 10 so before I headed over to pick her up, she placed a mobile order for me to pick up for her. Angelynn was at the window and very polite and made conversation. The girl behind her overheard me asking about the order and butted into our conversation. I understand it was almost closing and everyone wants to go home but she was rushing me. I needed to verify my daughters order because what I got was not in fact what she told me she had ordered. That second girl was snippy and rude. She proceeded to call a manager over and I was able to add on what I needed. Well we get home only to find that the order my daughter had placed originally was missing her nuggets. The whole question on this order was the amount of nuggets. They didn’t even check the order they were too busy trying to get us out of there!! Had that second girl not interrupted I would have checked the bag instead of dealing with her sass. I tried calling to let y’all know it was missing but surprise surprise nobody answered.

They didn't give us the correct food we ask for hot grilled chicken for salad and they gave us spicy breaded chicken and as drinks we asked for coke, they gave us Dr pepper... dadly not paying attention or not listening right when we order!Food: 2/5
