The employees are always professional and friendly, and the food tastes like the standard bk food, which seems to have decreased in quality nationally, at the same time as the prices have increased, which seems like an insane corporate business model, which will result in loss of revenue immediately and over time. As it is now, I only go there when I have a meal coupon which reduces the price to the recently former prices, which were already too high for the quality of the sourced ingredients.If the price is raised any further, I may never eat there again, and by there I mean bk in general.

There was no ice for the drinks, the restaurant stank of rancid butter, it took a long time to serve the order, it is not advisable to go to this

So many things. I I'm trying thinking of trying doing a normal Whopper with candy bacon no mail. No mayonnaise. Thinking. I don't know what else I think about now thank you for your time trying to work this

Asked simply for a cheeseburger without bun and ketchup since I'm diabetic, and they gave me a deconstructed burger in 3 small fry bags. One bag with lettuce. Another with onions and pickles. And a lone bag with a lone patty. No cheese. Awful experience.

Worst customer serviceSpecially Alex Hernandez the person in charge we weren’t even done ordering in the drivethru they cut us off not letting us finish ordering we proceeded to the window and there they give us the order wrong and with actitude said we ordered wrong and gave us expired buffalo sauce
