Burger King - El Paso

Ordered a double whopper , large fries and medium sweet tea and a medium Chocolate shake . Went to pay and he said 18 and some change . I thought was high . I went home and started to eat the burger and it had bacon and was spicy . Wrong burger . Again I’m tired of the fast food placesAlways messing up on the food orders . Mark off anther store I will not be going back to . Terrible when teenagers are not managed .

I live nearby so it's convenient to pick up food from this restaurant. However, there is always a wait even for a simple order. Every time I have visited, they have asked me to pull forward.

The female general manager, Jasmin, at this restaurant needs to be replaced immediately. She is not helpful, does not know what she is doing, and has difficulty speaking English. I believe this store, as well as the one on Hondo Pass, have two of the worst general managers I have ever encountered. Burger King definitely needs to reassess their selection process for general managers.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious. Our cashier, Jocelyn, was incredibly friendly and her recommendations were perfect. We felt like we were being treated like long-lost family friends. We will definitely be returning.

Been getting a bit better. We need to learn to treat each other with a smile ... serve each other like we like to be served....
