Building 6 is a delightful little gem. I absolutely love their cold brew, a variety of French press coffees, and their delicious toast! Often, there’s just one person working, so things aren’t rushed. If you’re pressed for time, you can always call ahead to place your order.

I was really impressed at how clean the coffee shop was. I love the way the place is set up very modern and industrial look! The service was great, it was my first time there and I asked a few questions about some of the coffee choices. I chose the almond milk cold brew, and wow, it is delicious! I can’t wait to try all the other coffees!!

I can hardly believe this company is still thriving! I first heard about building 6 four years ago when I lived in El Paso, TX. They serve the most delicious coffee. Her shop, Braterei, is modern and very inviting. I particularly love her mocha cold brew; it’s the best mocha coffee I've ever had, completely genuine with no generic sugar or additives. During my recent visit to the city, I was pleased to find them in the same location, with the same friendly staff and, of course, the same fantastic coffee. This time, I also tried a cortado, which was incredibly tasty.

The coffee here is freshly roasted, and you can definitely taste the quality. They serve an outstanding iced latte, and both their beans and ground coffee are top-notch. Be sure to support this local business!
