It makes me wonder if those high-ranking workers tip generously or maybe even get free repairs for their Toyota vehicles. 2) While searching for my order at the pickup area, I carefully turned a cup to check for my name on the sticker, and the barista raised her voice, saying "not yours!" Then she turned away without even asking for my name. Later, a mechanic—possibly her boyfriend—came to pick up an order, and she flirted with him right in front of customers. 3) Most customers picking up their orders looked unhappy, and there were no "thank you" remarks, except for the standard "Have a good day" directed at the long-time staff. Honestly, I’d much prefer AI or a robotic coffee machine in the future! Thank you for reading! – SB
The restaurant is located inside a dealership, so be prepared for a bit of a crowd—I encountered a long line during my visit. If you're getting your vehicle serviced, timing is key; arriving before 10 AM should help you avoid the rush. This was my second visit, and on my first, I had a 9 AM appointment, which came with a complimentary coffee or tea. However, it's just the basic stuff, so if you're looking for something better, be ready to pay for it. Also, don't expect any water, as I was informed that the machine was broken.
The woman at the restaurant was quite unfriendly. I ordered a hot drink, but instead, she prepared an iced coffee. When I mentioned that I had asked for a hot drink, she responded with an attitude and exclaimed, "You wanted hot?" I was just trying to place a simple order for a hot coffee. Moreover, I think she also overlooked the extra shot I requested, but by then, I was already feeling annoyed with the whole situation. Overall, I was really disappointed with her service.
As a big fan of Americanos, I have to say this is the worst Starbucks I've been to. My Americano was so weak it tasted more like diluted drip coffee.
The staff at this location inside Longo Toyota are extremely slow. Make sure to place your order before requesting a ride home. When I ordered just a black coffee, my driver was already 15 minutes away, and after waiting for 3 minutes, I had to ask if my coffee was almost ready. Only then did the lady finally prepare my drink.
