Mcdonald's - El Monte

The new light tables added a fun touch for children at this restaurant. It has become my grandson's favorite place, as he enjoys the delicious potatoes and rich coffee.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by the staff at this restaurant. We ordered thirteen meals for a little league game and despite being short-staffed, they worked quickly and efficiently to fulfill our order. The service was top-notch, and both the manager and staff members went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful evening into a seamless and pleasant one!

This restaurant is a reliable choice, but can be quite busy at times. It has a good balance of experienced staff and new high school employees, so be patient and double check your order. The staff may try to serve you quickly, but they can sometimes get overwhelmed by the pace.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. I don't know what was in my drink, but at least they should clean it before serving it. It doesn't take much time to do so. It is clear that the employees here are unhappy.

Hey, why don't they feature the shamrock shake I just received in their commercials? Oh right, because it looks unappetizing. And as for the taste? You only get a strong hint of vanilla...
