Flame Broiler - El Monte

I really enjoy the food from this restaurant and have given them numerous chances. Unfortunately, every time I've ordered, there have been issues with my sauces. I called to ask if they could ensure my order was correct this time, but the person on the phone was rude when I simply requested that my sauces be done right. To make matters worse, they provided me with two hot sauces that were nearly empty!

The food here is delicious, and the service was quick and attentive.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. My server was attentive and fulfilled my order perfectly. Of all the flame broilers I've visited, this one is my favorite. Since it's new, it's not very crowded, which is a plus. The chicken and vegetables were delicious. I was very pleased with my meal!

This place has a crew that is friendly and generous. Unfortunately, this place has another crew that is friendly and really stingy. We ordered Tofu as we always do, but the last few times (including tonight) the stingy crew also got our order wrong. We asked about rice and it was pure cabbage and the tofu was like a sample. I added pictures so you can see how stingy they are, and skip this place!

In this review not the foods I check the experience. I can skip the fact that I wasn't a friendly hello as I went with just two other customers sitting down. I can't skip that the dining room was a mess that they were from hot sauce, there was only one table that was half clean, but it had dirty seats. I can't skip that during the whole time we sit on the only two employees we work on a prep table next to the rice cooker on their phones and sneak some food they have made themselves. I think these two had to clean up the tables and floors before they took a break. I'm sure they deliver places in the break room or even have your meals in the dining room. No friendly farewell for us, but I will give them a friendly farewell, as I will not go back soon. I guess it wasn't busy at 6:00 on a Sunday because other people had the same experience very unprofessional. this place needs a manager or retraining.
