Burger King - El Dorado

I ordered the Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap, and I was really disappointed. The piece of chicken was tiny and barely filled half the tortilla. I also got the 4-piece Cheesy Tots, but they were neither cheesy nor enjoyable; instead, they were greasy and cold. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my order at all. I honestly think I deserve a refund for the $22 I spent.

I found the food to be very dry, unpleasant, and cold. I wasn't satisfied with my order and ended up throwing away the entire Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken. I'm really disappointed with my experience this time.

This is the second time I've tried to order a frozen Coke from this place, and unfortunately, they didn't have it available.

I recently visited this restaurant again after promising myself I wouldn't return. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly friendly, my order was taken quickly, and it was exactly right—which is a big deal for me. I'm not sure what has changed, but the place looked spotless!

This is the cleanest restaurant in town. The staff is quick, friendly, and very efficient, always greeting you with a hello or a welcome upon arrival. My orders are consistently served hot, fresh, and correct. I also noticed that the manager took the time to come by my table to say hi and check if everything was alright. You don’t often see this level of attention these days.
