Starbucks - El Centro

I have been here for 35 minutes and still have not received anything. The restaurant seems to be severely understaffed.

I am a fan of Starbucks, but my experience can vary depending on the staff working at the location. This specific Starbucks has some outstanding employees! However, when those employees are not on duty, the customer service is not as top-notch.

Outstanding every time! The baristas are always friendly. I make a stop here on my way to work and they consistently make my drink quickly and accurately.

Had a really bad customer service experience with mark didnt even say hello or anything didnt say have a good day or anything really disrespectful

I order here often cause the drinks are fast and it’s convenient for me, but everytime I order food through mobile order they don’t put my food in the oven until I arrive and that seems so pointless. I end up having to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes when the whole point on me mobile ordering was so I can avoid the wait. This is very frustrating.
