El Pollo Loco - El Centro

This Pollo Loco has many workers. Recently I went to Pollo Loco with my husband and daughter. While my husband named our order by driving through the cashier? Luis? was very disrespectful. He had no manners. He had no patience and was disregarded with my husband. He did not give us our complete order and no reception. I'm really upset with this cashier. It's not the first time. It has happened more than once and has never changed.

Went to drive thrown and ordered a double tostada salad without rice half chicken flour legs and thighs with a side salad and mash paid and made me park on board, waited 10 minutes and occupied my food and lacked a drink he had to go back and get my other drink and also asked him for additional dressing on the drive Drew window and when he took my order he always said he was only to buy polls I get your time going, but if you did it for the first time, it wouldn't be a problem and trust me, I know I would work at pollo loco before and we wouldn't have this problem with a good team.

The food was pretty delicious. I have the classic chicken tostada and a big horchata. The Horchata was warm, which was really weird. The location of the restaurant is also surrounded by homeless people and it smells like pee when you order thru on the ride.

I love Pollo Loco, but I'm done with this side. Product sub par, waited almost 30 minutes. Order seemed lost and no recovery action was taken. Could use security officers for the place or parking

Ordered a salad a today . The dressing I was given looks and tastes expired . Pretty much liquid like milk . Wonder if they are skipping the times they check their food to make sure everything is edible and ready to be served. Will be skipping this location from now on .
