Mikado - El Caracol (El Pedregal)

Food quality absolutely bad (like in the rest of Bahia Principe resort. Sushi tasted like from the cheapest supermarket, spring rolls came out cold, Teppanyaki-style mains were like bad canteen food and the desert simply uneatable. The service and guest focus a nightmare. Due to bad transportation infrastructure in the resort we arrive 15 min after our reservation time and were no longer accepted for Teppanyaki. Comment from service lady “you should plan to arrive 30min earlier to make sure to get your seat”. The menu folder we received was from another restaurant and completely worn out. Really looking forward to checking out tmw and move to another hotel

The starters wasn't that big but very delicious ! The main dish and the dessert were excellent too ! They are very carefull about allergies and even adapt the dessert for me.

Wonderful service! Israel was the best server! Jeny and chef Jorge are the best! Food was amazing! Best we had the entire trip!

Fantastic service, Israel Morales our waiter was very attentive to our needs, chef Jorge’s food was beautifully cooked and presented, and our barman Anjel kept the drinks coming. Total 5* service
