Pitt Viper Bbq - El Campo

Very good bbq with lots of taste, and her Mac and cheese is some of the best I ever had. Will definitely go back.

All right. Brisket's kind of dry. Only your average BBQ. Nothing special in the wort or sauce. The big problem with this place are they? not the most hygienic. Have dinner today and saw a lady touching a dirty kitchen towel and then eating on people plates with the same gloves. Very rough. I lost my appetite. Gloves are no excuse or replacement for washing hands by touching different surfaces.

Omg them BBQ beans.....? are so good at the point you can just eat the beans there Self is with them great pieces of brisket in them! Oh, my ribs that have never been cooked...... forgive me to love the ribs so much!!!?????? Oh, now we don't forget the melt in the mouth seal!!!! For as much as we paid I was expecting more flavor. Not enough of that barbecue smack that you get from well smoked meats. Additionally, the service was super slow, took about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged at the window with only 3 cars in the drive thru and one other guy ahead of us in line. Overall if you are in town and the line is empty it might be worth waiting it out.

Stopped here for my husband?s Birthday and ?Wow? what a treat!! Chicken, brisket, ribs and pulled pork were ALL tender, juicy and full of flavor! Fall off the bone... this place gets Ten Stars! Sides were tasty, too!
