Contribuiți la feedbackIt was around 3:00 pm in the afternoon. My burger was cold like it had been sitting under the heating lamp since 12 noon. Customer service acted as though the didn't want to be there and didn't want to wait on you. Atmosphere i can say wasn't veryclean
I placed an online order for carry out. When I arrived at Whataburger the employee had locked the doors and told me they were closed when I told him I had placed an online order for carry out, he rudely told me to take myself through the drive thru. The wait in the drive thru was over 20 minutes past when my food was ready. When I arrived at the window my food was cold Iasked for it to be remade. The manager said he would get me a new burger, but the burger he brought nack less than a minutelater was missing ingredients and wasn 't even hot enough for the cheese to be even remotely melted. There is no way anotherburger had been made in that short of a time period. What is the point of having a 24 hour restaurant with a carry out optionand dine in option listed in the app, on the door and the website if you 're just going to close whenever you feel like it. Theservice is always so slow at this location and staff is often rude. I will not be giving this location another chance.
I took my foster kids to Whataburger because they had never been and I talked it up based on previous experiences at other Whataburger's. Well we left disappointed and them saying what is the hype about. The service was slow and the employees acted asof we were an inconvenience to them. The food came out warm but definitely not hot. Two of our cheeseburgers had no cheese onthem. In all fairness they fixed the cheese burgers by putting cold cheese on them, but it was not the same as if they had justmade it right to begin with. I will still eat at Whataburger, but I will think long and hard about coming back to this one. Iknow times are tough and good employees are hard to find, but sometimes you just expect more from a restaurant.
Sunday was definitely the B team. Food was good but they forgot part of our order. The order take was either new or unable to understand their menu.
I would give it a5 but the fries are dead everytime I go there.
