Village Inn Restaurant - El Cajon

First time I went for lunch and the food was good but we weren't happy with the portion especially for the price. The customer service was on point. Today I went for breakfast with the family and was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast portion was better and food was delicious especially the Pancakes!! Our waitress Lois was very friendly and provided awesome service!! I hope other restaurants in El Paso take notes on the customer service provided by this staff

I will say the eggs Benedict sauce was full on butter. I had to get something else and that was better. I will try one time the eggs Benedict hope it's delicious Love the other meals

This is somewhat of a derivative of village inn. We enjoyed the new quaint decor. It is pretty cool as you can watch the game there as well and it's not as seedy as some other local neighborhood bars. I had the buffalo chicken quesadillas and they were pretty savory. Service was excellent as well.

This was my first time coming here. Everyone was very nice and food came out fairly quick considering it was packed. Food tasted good also. I will be coming back for sure. The only thing I didn't like it was that it was crowded, a lot of people and tables were too close together. Nothing we can't deal with though. We went on Sunday and maybe that's why it was packed. I will try a different day next time.
