Mcdonald's - El Cajon

This is the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in a while.

I've grown up in this area so this McDonald's has been pretty consistent through the years.

This place is actually pretty nice inside When I think of McDonalds, I think of plastic booths and goofy clown colors.

Parking lot sucks. Worse design ever. If you order, order through the app. It’s a lot faster. 1 time they forgot a side item but when I went back they were quick to correct.

I was very upset and disillusioned with the general lack of customer service and clean premises at most fast food joints I have been to lately. It was a breath of fresh air today getting breakfast at this specific McDonald's site. The premises were impecable inasmuch as it is posible for this sorts of industries. A young manager took my order in the most professional and with some of the best customer service and demeanor that I have had in many months. This young man is running this franchise in the most clean and seamless manner I have seen in while, indeed, like clockwork. Imo he should be considered for the career development fast-track by his current employers. I also want to mention that the other floor employees acted their part as valuable assets to this here McDonald's site just as much, within their current capacities, great job!!!! Am posting this almost real time.
